Do you Ship outside Australia?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I exchange my Item or get a refund?

To submit a return request please email info@moneteswim.com and use subject "RETURN REQUEST ORDER #....." Once we are provided with the details including reason of return, if approved we will provide you with details on how to return your item.

The following conditions apply

- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes), and with its accompanying garment bag.

- Item must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or 30 days for a store credit/exchange.

- Mon Ete has the ability to decline a Return and will not fund returns. In the case that we reject a return once it has already arrived to us (example, a worn piece) It will be sent back to you at your own expense.

- If purchased on sale/with a discount code, you will be refunded/credited the price you paid and will only be able to exchange for a different size of the same item.

The item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

Mon Été Swim runs off Limited, Exclusive drops meaning once an Items sold out it most likely wont be restocked. We recommend being quick with your purchases every time we drop a new collection to avoid disappointment. We will give plenty of notice on our socials! @moneteswim
