Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping from Perth, Western Australia.
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Domestic (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping — $10 AUD (3–6 business days)

  • Express Shipping — $15 AUD (1–3 business days)

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $200 AUD 

International:

United States:

  • AusPost Express International (5-10 business days) — $30 flat rate
  • DHL Express (3–5 business days) — $60 flat rate

 

  • We now include all US taxes and import duties in your order — no extra fees on delivery.

  • Free DHL Express shipping on orders over $500 AUD

Other International Destinations:

  • DHL Express (3–5 business days) — $100 AUD flat rate

  • AusPost Express International (5-10 business days) — $30 flat rate

  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.

Important Notes:

  • Mon Ètè Swim is not liable for any delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

  • If you reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees (including not responding to DHL), any return charges or fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit.


 

Returns

We want you to love your Mon Ètè piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit. Returns must be lodged within 10 days of receiving your order, and received back by us with in 20 days. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments for hygiene reasons.

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. This does not include items outside of our sale section during promotional periods such as Black Friday.

How to return:

  1. Email our team at hello@moneteswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit via email.


Exchanges

We do our best to accommodate direct size exchanges, depending on availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, you’ll receive a store credit once your return is processed to repurchase your desired item.


Faulty Items

All pieces are thoroughly inspected before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and organise a replacement or refund where possible.
